Error 429 indicates that you have been making an excessive number of requests to the Client Cloud, and as such, you are prevented from making further requests for a certain period of time.
This may occur either when you are using our Send Email functionality for a large number of files within a short period of time. If you are attempting to email a large number of files, we recommend downloading these files, and then sending them yourself, through a service such as Dropbox. Our Send Email functionality is intended for only sending a few files when necessary.
It may also occur if you are attempting to login and are failing your login attempts a great number of times. If this is the case, you may be barred from logging in for a short period of time. Please reset your password or contact us for assistance if you cannot reset it.
Error 429 will reset after an hour or two - please return then if you wish to perform the action you were attempting before getting it. We are not able to raise this limit manually per-client, and apologize for any inconvenience.
